Our current products include two flavors of Salsa; Original Salsa with varying intensities of spice (Medium, and Hot), and a very popular Tropical Salsa line which combines exotic fruits with traditional salsa ingredients. GC Specialty Foods also produces Salsa-Que™, which if you can’t tell from the name, pairs our salsa recipes with pure ingredients to craft an excellent barbeque sauce. It was about 9:30am and I was complimenting you on your packaging, graphics, old photo, and attention to detail. You had already sold several cases and things seemed to be going very well, especially as it was your "very first day!"
Your salsa (the Tropical version) came back with me to Seattle and was enjoyed by myself, my partner, and several friends last night, many of whom are foodies. We all enjoyed it as much as I did with the sample on Saturday.
Kudos to you for what appears to be the start of a very successful venture. Good luck with the growth, which is bound to happen. I'll watch for you to start appearing on the shelves of Whole Foods in Seattle sometime soon. : )

July 23, 2007 I picked up two gift packs at the Orenco Station Farmers Market Sunday and wanted to tell you the products are awesome! I gave away one 3 pack as a gift, and I plan to give more of your Salsa as gifts. Some questions already came up - Are you only at the Orenco market or other venues also? Will you be selling through the end of the market this year? Do you pack jars for shipping?

I would like to order some CHONGA'S salsa, or in English, some "Monkey" salsa.
Due to the recent shipment that we received, my family will no longer consume
any other brand of salsa. I am holding you responsible for this boycott of any
other salsa that is happening in my family. My lawyers will be in contact with
you soon to discuss any salsa related issues that may come up in the near
future. For now my order is:
3 Original hot salsa
2 Tropical salsa.
